  • Advertising property in various local media i.e. Union Leader, Eagle Tribune, Nashua Telegraph, Derry News, Windham Independent, New England Real Estate Journal, and other special media events. Local and National exposure in over 10 websites.
  • Mailer – As members of the Greater Derry/Londonderry Chamber of Commerce, we include in their newsletter brochures featuring our properties. The distribution is 400 monthly and 1500 quarterly.

Other Promotion

Direct marketing
  • Direct mail campaign to past clients and investors, recent inquiry list, computer want list, contiguous property owners, to our network of commercial Brokers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. All the above will be on a periodic basis.
  • Feature property in our quarterly mailer to all businesses in the local areas, as well as recent inquiries
